People assume I had it easy. That coming from a family of doctors meant I had a golden ticket to success.
But let me tell you the truth.
I wasn’t handed anything. In fact, I had to fight for the life I have today.
I refused to follow the path set for me. I left Malaysia to study in Australia, determined to build something on my own terms.
And then, reality hit hard.
No stable job. Barely scraping by with a few hours of contract work. Living by my phone, hoping for a call that rarely came. I was at rock bottom—trapped in uncertainty, sinking into deep depression.
Until one day, I made a decision.
A decision that my circumstances would no longer define me.
But let’s be real—I was stubborn. I wanted to prove I could stand on my own. Running back to my family for money wasn’t an option. Not because they wouldn’t help, but because I refused to be seen as a failure—especially in a family of doctors who had clear, respectable career paths.
So, I chose to fight. To figure it out. To build something from nothing. And that choice changed everything.
I threw myself into personal growth. I faced my fears head-on—standing on stage despite my crippling introversion, learning to lead when I had never seen myself as a leader, and stepping into business when I knew nothing about it.
Rejection, doors slammed in my face, people dismissing me. But I refused to quit.
And because of that persistence, everything changed.
I took calculated risks, built my business from the ground up, and scaled it from a struggling 4-figure to a thriving 6-figure enterprise—failure by failure, lesson by lesson. I sought coaches, learnt from the best, and applied everything I could.
Then, at the height of COVID, I lost it all.
One bad decision. 6-figures were wiped out overnight.
That moment could have broken me. But I refused to let it.
Instead, I snapped out of it quickly and shifted my focus—not on what I lost, but on what I could gain.
I invested in myself—not in cheap courses or shortcuts, but in real mentorship. I studied under top coaches, outgrew them, and found mentors who challenged me to new heights.
And that’s when the doors opened.
I was invited to lead the Australian sector of a British company as a consultant. Prestigious institutions came knocking. I took on high-level positions, ran a non-profit project in Nepal, and became the trusted business strategist for entrepreneurs worldwide.
The same people who once doubted me? Now they were asking for my help.
