Terms and Conditions

In order to use our services, you must be at least eighteen years old. Furthermore, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement. Your use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy.

If you are below eighteen years old, all sessions must be accompanied by an adult.

If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please discontinue your use of the Site and our Services. By using our services, you warrant that you are entering into a binding contract with S2E. Areas of the Site may also be subject to additional terms. Any additional terms are not intended to replace or supersede these Terms but rather supplement these Terms in those specific areas. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the additional conditions of those areas before accessing them.

The Empoweress’ trademarks, trade names, logos, program materials, services and information related to the program, and other intellectual property incorporated into the Site are the sole property of S2E or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Copying or distributing any material, illustrations, photographs, video, or content from the Site without consent is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any use that constitutes an infringement of any of the above-stated intellectual property rights is prohibited. We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to remove any content or take any steps deemed appropriate to protect such rights. You agree that all materials and related services provided to you will remain confidential and not disclosed by you to anyone without S2E’s prior written consent.

S2E, nor any affiliate, member, or customer is permitted to send unsolicited e-mail communications to individuals who have not requested such communications, or to whom a preexisting relationship does not exist by using, harvesting, or otherwise obtaining information associated with solopreneur2entrepreneur.com in order to transmit any e-mail communication. It shall be a violation of the Terms for any customer, member, website, or affiliate to do so. Violation of these Terms can, at S2E’s sole and absolute discretion, result in account termination and/or restriction of access rights to solopreneur2entrepreneur.com. Failure of The Empoweress to terminate or restrict the access rights of an individual does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so at any time, with no notice.

The following are examples of permissible circumstances under which a potentially unsolicited e-mail communication or e-mail from an unknown sender may be received by you: (i) you may have signed up for S2E's newsletters, promotions, or services; (ii) you have an existing relationship with an associated website or affiliate; or (iii) someone else may have signed you up to receive S2E's newsletters, promotions, services, or e-mail communication without first obtaining your permission to do so. Under the foregoing scenarios, the e-mail communication received would not violate the Terms because it was authorized by you, or appeared to be authorized by you.

To opt out of receiving e-mail communications from S2E, please contact us by e-mail at hello@solopreneur2entrepreneur.com. You will be opted out of receiving e-mail communications within ten (10) days of our receipt of your request.

If you have received spam in violation of the Terms, please report it to us by e-mail at hello@solopreneur2entrepreneur.com. Please include a screenshot of the email showing the sender, the subject matter, and the email content.

You acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or employment relationship between you and S2E.

You agree that S2E may capture, record, distribute, reproduce, publish, or otherwise use your voice or image. S2E may use your participation in the program for all participation, marketing, or educational purposes.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect the security of your personal information, including password-protected databases, and only share information with employees, contractors, and representatives of our business on a need-to-know basis. We cannot provide an absolute guarantee on the security of your personal information.

You agree to defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Company and any directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners, assigns, successors-in-interest, and its and their employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt and expenses (including but not limited to any attorney’s fees including any and all legal or court fees, including any damages or any other action or lawsuit, or potential action or lawsuit, taken or threatened to be taken, or likely to be taken, against the company by any person (or other legal entity) as a result of the work you do, or do not do, for or on behalf of the company, or any work we do, or do not do) arising from or in connection with:

(i) your use of the Program or Content in violation of these TOU,

(ii) any breach by you of these TOU or any representation and warranty made by you herein,

(iii) any comment, post, or material you submit to S2E’s website or any third-party forum or website operated by S2E,

(iv) your use of materials or features available on the Program or Content (except to the extent a claim is based upon infringement of a third-party right by materials created by S2E) or

(v) a violation by you of applicable law or any agreement or terms with a third party to which you are subject.

THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ALL THE MATERIALS ARE “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. YOU ACCESS THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK UNDERSTANDING THAT THE EMPOWERESS DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE EMPOWERESS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY ARISE FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE. THE EMPOWERESS DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES PERTAINING TO THE ACCURACY AND USEFULNESS OF THE MATERIALS, CONTENT, SOFTWARE, OR SERVICES PROVIDED VIA THE SITE. THE EMPOWERESS MAKES NO PROMISES OR REPRESENTATIONS THAT OUR SOFTWARE IS FREE FROM VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR ANY OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

FURTHER, YOU AGREE THAT PROGRAM PARTICIPATION, AND USE OF SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE EMPOWERESS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL, OR FINANCIAL RESULTS BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

THE EMPOWERESS DOES NOT MAKE ANY PROMISES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE VIABILITY OF ANY GOALS, ASPIRATIONS, OR ENDEAVORS YOU MAY IDENTIFY OR CHOOSE TO PURSUE DURING OR AS A RESULT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS AND ACTIONS THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM AND RELATED INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

THIS SECTION APPLIES TO YOU TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

These TOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. By using the Program or Content, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts and consent irrevocably to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any defence of forum non-conveniens. The prevailing party in any dispute between the parties arising out of or related to these TOU, whether resolved by negotiation, mediation, or litigation, shall be entitled to recover its attorneys ’ fees and costs from the other party.

Force Majeure shall include but is not limited to an Act of God, war, natural disaster (including but not limited to an earthquake, flood, hurricane, volcano event, wildfire/bushfire or landslide), accidents, fire, storm, pandemic, COVID lockdown and/or transport delays resulting therefrom, terror - ism, strike, embargo, civil disasters, change of legal/political environment, business disruption, re - volt, energy failure and/or external telecommunications failure.

This Agreement may only be modified by the agreement of both parties in writing. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid or enforceable provision. This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, void, or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain unaffected and will not be considered unenforceable, void, or invalid. They will maintain the full force of law to the extent possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If any updates are made to these Terms, they will be posted here. Additionally, if material changes are made, we will notify you via a notice posted on the Site, and registered users will receive an additional email. Please check this page frequently for updates.
